COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese start-up company providing CO2 emissions visualisation services is looking for staff to promote its business as it expands into Europe.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research, Sales activities, Partner sales and structuring for the launch of European operations, Sourcing of M&A companies and negotiations with candidate companies
- Business planning (Planning, Formulation, Budget management and Analysis of medium- and long-term management targets and strategies)
- Preparation of materials for external use (for Investors, Customers, Partnership proposals, etc.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Languages: Native level in Japanese and Business level in English (German is a plus).
- Knowledge of basic M&A procedures and the ability to promote and negotiate locally in cooperation with the M&A team at the head office in Japan
- Document preparation skills using MS Office and Google Workspace.
- A spirit of challenge
