Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service for chemicals and plastics

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.

  • Support the sales team with customer-related tasks and follow-ups.

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and implement solutions.

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

  • Track shipments and address any issues that arise during transportation.

  • Maintain inventory levels and manage stock control.

  • Prepare and process shipping documents and invoices.

 

Requirements

  • Knowledge of written and fluently spoken English. 

  • Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian language is a plus. 

  • Experience working in a customer service position.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
