Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service for chemicals and plastics
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
Support the sales team with customer-related tasks and follow-ups.
Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and implement solutions.
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Track shipments and address any issues that arise during transportation.
Maintain inventory levels and manage stock control.
Prepare and process shipping documents and invoices.
Requirements
Knowledge of written and fluently spoken English.
Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian language is a plus.
Experience working in a customer service position.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
