JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support insurance claims operations and activities for international clients in diverse business areas
- Monitor and track claims
- Consolidate claims data
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for example customer service, business development, or finance & accounting departments as well as service providers and partners
- Be a part of internal projects
- Support administrative tasks in the team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum one year of experience in claims processes or completed entrepreneurship in relevant fields.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and customer service mindset are the essence of this position
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Eligible to work in the Germany
