Japanese global company well-known for luxury and high-tech housing equipment particularly sanitary-related products, toilets, baths, and kitchens are looking for a Receptionist and General Affair Assistant.

The company leading manufacturer of sanitary ceramics and is renowned for its innovative technologies, superior product quality, and high design standards. Since launching the WASHLET in 1980, the company has become a symbol of Japanese bathroom culture. This company expanded into the European market in 2009 and has since gained a strong following for delivering a superior bathroom experience.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of this position includes a wide variety of tasks, ensuring smooth business operations and serving as a friendly, competent contact for customers and employees. Responsibilities are divided into Receptionist and General Affairs :

Receptionist

  • Telephone service
  • Incoming and outgoing post and packages
  • Reception and care of visitors
  • Preparation of the conference rooms and provision of catering for meetings
  • Hotel, train and flight bookings for sales, technicians, expats, etc.
  • Sending invoices of the Customer Service
  • Controlling and ordering office supply
  • E-mail correspondence
  • Order brochures for marketing

 

General Affairs (as deputy)

  • Insurance management
  • Facility and property management
  • Contact and coordination with external service partners (e.g. cleaning company)
  • Car fleet management

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • At least three years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Good language skills in German and English (spoken / written)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • High degree of reliability and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a team and very good communication skills

  • Working hours: 38.5 hours a week, base 9:00-17:30
