COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese global restaurant chain with over 280 locations in 15 countries, including the UK and France, and 145 stores in Japan, is planning to expand into Germany and Spain. To facilitate this expansion, the company aims to establish a new branch and open a store in early 2025. As part of this effort, they are recruiting an office manager and a restaurant manager to join the startup team.(The opening schedule could be changeble depending on the situation.)
The job requirements for the restaurant manager are as follows:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee general restaurant operations
Manage store and staff operations
Coordinate with the Japan and Asia Global Headquarters
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Native-level proficiency in German and business-level proficiency in English (Japanese language skills are preferred)
Over 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager or in managing multiple restaurants
Strong interest in Japan, Japanese culture, and Japanese cuisine
