Job Responsibilities
Provide customer relationship and communication support for both B2B and B2C.
Assist the sales team in their daily activities and ensure smooth operations.
Create, organize, and analyze data to support sales and inventory management.
Check and process customer orders, invoices, and ensure accuracy.
Manage administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
Job Requirements
Strong and friendly communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Legal authorization to work in Germany (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa).
Business-level English Required.
Japanese language proficiency.
German language Preferred.
