Based in Willich, along with branches in the Netherlands, France, Russia, and Italy, and a widespread network of agents, the company serves customers in the European Union and CIS countries. Since its founding in 1986, the German branch has been active in sales and service, handling repairs and custom manufacturing, and stocking spare parts. Customer satisfaction and trust are top priorities.
Due to continuous growth and strategic expansion of business areas, the company is permanently expanding its team. They are seeking a new Service Technician (m/f/d) for their European headquarters in Willich near Düsseldorf.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely, quality, and customer-oriented execution of service, maintenance, and repair measures.
- Independent assembly and commissioning of machines and systems.
- Ensuring the operational readiness and process reliability of the systems, directly contributing to customer satisfaction.
- Representing the company directly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A vocational training in electrical engineering, preferably with further training as a master craftsman or technician (mechatronics technician, energy systems electronics technician, or a comparable qualification).
- Experience in service and assembly.
- Excellent knowledge in mechanics, electrical engineering, control systems, and pneumatics.
- Commitment, readiness to work, and resilience.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience with a CRM tool (SAP) is desirable.
- Knowledge in PLC programming (SIEMENS or similar).
- An independent, careful, and responsible working style.
- A high level of service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (Monday to Friday).
- A friendly, confident demeanor and reliability.
- A valid Class 3 (Class B) driver's license.
