COMPANY OVERVIEW

A long-established Japanese manufacturer that has been in business for 75 years, they have a global manufacturing and sales network. Their main business is the manufacture of chemical products, lubricants, engine oils, etc. In particular, many of their products are for the automotive industry, and their main product in Europe is Engine coolant. They have entities around the world (US, Mexico, China, Malesia, and Germany).
Their German entity has both a production site and a business site, there are over 50 employees. Currently is recruiting for multiple positions in preparation for future business expansion.
Their production site is located in the south of Düsseldorf (commuting is easily achieved by car, but public transport is also available), and they plan to move their business site to the city centre at the beginning of 2025.

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance procedures and processes

  • Conducting internal and external audits

  • Coordination and management of certification-relevant meetings as well as the contact person for external consultants and certification bodies 

  • Regular participation in qualification and further training measures

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in Audit for IATF16949, ISO9001, VDA 6.3 (not only project base but inhouse experience could also be better to lead internal/external stakeholders)

  • Experience and deep knowledge in the automotive industry in Germany

  • Business-level of German and English
