COMPANY OVERVIEW
A prominent Japanese firm specialising in automation, robotics, and mechanical engineering is seeking a Back Office Assistant (f/m/d) for its location in Willich.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive support for the Japanese expatriates, covering all aspects from visa arrangements to housing and daily matters.
Manage the company's fleet, including insurance handling.
Coordinate and oversee service providers and insurers, from contract initiation to invoice verification.
Manage ordering processes (office supplies, internal materials).
Perform general administrative duties (mail/reception services, organizing company events).
Assist the sales team as needed (travel arrangements, meeting coordination, monthly invoicing).
Offer additional support to management with various processes as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Finished a course relevant to Bürokommunikation kaufmann or Industrikaufmann
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus).
Fluent in English and German (minimum C1 level); knowledge of Japanese is a bonus.
Strong willingness to learn, flexibility, dedication, and a customer-focused mindset.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Experience working with Japanese companies or a strong understanding of Japanese business culture is advantageous.
