COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese logistics company is looking for a customer service representative for international transport at the Düsseldorf office. The office currently has 13 staff, and mainly works in sales, acting as the HQ for the Paris, Milan, and London representative offices.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Arranging imports and exports for international transport (ship and air)
Internal sales support (interaction with customer)
Other support duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Business-level English is mandatory, Business-level German is preferred
Experience in operations/customer service at a logistics company
FURTHER
Working hours: 40 hours/week (8 am – 5 pm, basically on-site)
Annual holiday: 30 days
Probation period: 6 months
