大手日系国際物流企業のデュッセルドルフ近郊のオフィスにて新たにカスタマーサービス（インサイドセールス）を募集しています。トレーニング終了後は週に1－2回程度の在宅勤務も可能です。
職務内容
- Support of the local sales team(s) as well as our operation team
- Interface between sales, customers, and operational departments
- Communication with our customers, partners and colleagues worldwide
- Care of existing customers
- Monitoring of the defined service level regarding transit times, terms, costs, etc.
- Processing of complaints (Communication, Solution finding)
- Introduce new ideas to optimize processes
応募要件
- 貿易事務の知識・経験のある方
- フォワーダーでの実務経験者歓迎
- ドイツ語・英語ビジネスレベル (目安B2レベル以上）
