JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling inquiries: Responding to customer questions and resolving issues.
- Providing information: Offering product details and advising customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction: Handling complaints and gathering feedback.
- Communication and escalation: Collaborating with other departments and escalating complex cases.
- Data management: Updating customer data and creating reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Some sort of work experience (internship, work study is fine)
- Business level English skills and German
