A family-run Japanese company with more than 200 years of history is looking for an eCommerce Specialist / Manager (m/f/d) . The company became the top brand of pet food in Japan and is also expanding internationally to make pets and their owners around the world happy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will assume responsibility for the eCommerce channel for DACH operation. Your regular duties will include:
- Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in Amazon and various platforms in DACH markets.
- Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
- Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
- Reviewing the strategies and promotion with eCommerce platforms.
- Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
- Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
- Reporting on the utility of sales in eCommerce platforms.
- Daily operation to handle the order from e-commerce/Amazon
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully completed university degree or vocational training
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in related fields
- Excellent intercultural communication skills
- IT Skills: Good command of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
- Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
- Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
- English business level, German, and other European language is a plus
- This is a full-time position.
- Must be able to write the report in English and submit in a timely manner.
