JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the order processing workflow, including product availability checks.
  • Provide expert support and consultation to customers, assisting them throughout their purchasing journey.
  • Accurately input data into the SAP system.
  • Oversee the preparation and issuance of necessary documentation.
  • Work closely with technical and sales teams to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years in order processing is required. Equivalent qualifications (such as an Ausbildung) may be considered.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or above) and German (B2 or above) with strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Russian (C1 or above) is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Experience working with Japanese companies or a strong understanding of Japanese business culture is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with electronic components or acoustic devices is desirable.
