JOB RESPONSIBILITIE
IT Operations Senior Engineer role is responsible for the delivery and management of both on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure, networks and services for Group, covering all locations/sites of Group. The role ensures the business operations is well supported by IT in line with SLA. The role contributes to the forecasting of IT Operations cost to ensure effective IT Operations budget management by considering continuous improvements and upgrades.
The role work to resolve 2nd to 3rd Level issues across a range of managed services including Servers, Networking, User Support, Systems Maintenance and Project work ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues presented.
Maintain knowledge and technical expertise in a wide range of enterprise systems and technologies including both cloud and on-premises compute, storage, networks, hypervisors, and end user compute services, in line with business objectives. The role also ensure the IT service continuity management objectives of the business.
The purpose of IT Operations department to manage IT Operations services including managing network, server, help desk/service desk, security and IT service management related daily operations. In addition, support IT projects including application related or infrastructure service related.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
COMPETENCY (“Must”) *Must meet all of the following requirements
Education: BE, BA, BSc or equivalent in IT (CCNA, COA, MCSE, etc.)
Language: Business above in English including conversation
Extensive knowledge (8+ years) hands on experience in IT infrastructure technologies, on-premises compute, storage, networks, hypervisors, end user compute services and IT security
Experience in enterprise networking, architecture, and design
Experience in managing Japan and offshore IT vendors
Project management skills and IT vendor management experience
