IT software company in Hungary is looking for IT Quality Assurance Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve quality performance throughout the organization.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, Software Engineering, Consulting Services etc. to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in quality management, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
- Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in Japanese company.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence the whole organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English, and preferably Hungarian language skills
