A Japanese wellness products manufacturer with operations in over 70 countries is looking for an experienced Accounting & Office Administrator to oversee financial operations and support administrative tasks in Germany office. This role involves handling monthly and annual closing, tax-related tasks, and financial reporting while also contributing to office administration.
Job Responsibilities
Perform monthly and annual financial closing processes.
Prepare tax-related documents, including VAT reporting materials.
Compile and organize essential financial data from sales, inventory, and other sources for accurate reporting.
Assist in preparing management analysis reports.
Handle general office administration tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
2+ years of accounting experience.
Ability to independently manage all tasks related to financial closing.
Proficiency in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
Legal authorization to work in Germany (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa).
Proficiency in Japanese and English or German.

Experience using ERP systems.
Ability to communicate in German.
