Company and Job Overview
A Japanese wellness products manufacturer with operations in over 70 countries is looking for an experienced Accounting & Office Administrator to oversee financial operations and support administrative tasks in Germany office. This role involves handling monthly and annual closing, tax-related tasks, and financial reporting while also contributing to office administration.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly and annual financial closing processes.

  • Prepare tax-related documents, including VAT reporting materials.

  • Compile and organize essential financial data from sales, inventory, and other sources for accurate reporting.

  • Assist in preparing management analysis reports.

  • Handle general office administration tasks as needed.


Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of accounting experience.

  • Ability to independently manage all tasks related to financial closing.

  • Proficiency in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.

  • Legal authorization to work in Germany (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa).

  • Proficiency in Japanese and English or German.

  • Experience using ERP systems.

  • Ability to communicate in German.
