JOB RESPONSIBILITIE
As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for
Entering and processing orders for spare parts supply in response to technical inquiries and complaints about the company's products
Creation of credit notes in the product management system
Attractive Points
This is an important position that also involves direct interaction with the company's key customers.
Data entry and multi-tasking skills will be developed.
You will work with international team members and be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
COMPETENCY (“Must”) *Must meet all of the following requirements
At least 1 year of experience in order processing and some form of customer support or customer advising
Fluent in German
Ability to handle large amounts of data entry and work in a fast-paced environment
Teamwork and excellent communication skills

Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Business level English proficiency
