COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese trading company with global operations in over 50 countries is looking for a Finance Manager (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf to expand its business in the EMEA region.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise company's daily single accounting as well as monthly/quarterly/yearly single accounts closing
- Manage all the tax related issues as corporate income tax including transfer pricing, VAT and withholding tax
- Approve the payments to the suppliers/vendors, which are prepared by other colleagues
- Consolidation of our group accounts in IFRS and German GAAP
- Lead the project of new accounting IT system development
- Involved in new projects such as CSRD and CBAM
- Improve the efficiency of accounting and finance department
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Commercial apprenticeship or tax clerk or university degree of finance/accounting
- Over 8 years of working experience in accounting, consolidation or tax area required
- German and English Business fluent
