COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese trading company with global operations in over 50 countries is looking for a Finance Manager (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf to expand its business in the EMEA region.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise company's daily single accounting as well as monthly/quarterly/yearly single accounts closing
Manage all the tax related issues as corporate income tax including transfer pricing, VAT and withholding tax
Approve the payments to the suppliers/vendors, which are prepared by other colleagues
Consolidation of our group accounts in IFRS and German GAAP
Lead the project of new accounting IT system development
Involved in new projects such as CSRD and CBAM
Improve the efficiency of accounting and finance department
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Commercial apprenticeship or tax clerk or university degree of finance/accounting
Over 8 years of working experience in accounting, consolidation or tax area required
German and English Business fluent
