COMPANY OVERVIEW
Japanese manufacturing company of large-scale and tailor-made machinery is looking for Production Control Specialist (m/f/d) in Munich, Germany.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor monthly/weekly production plans to ensure schedules are met.
Prepare and report progress to clients through OEM headquarters.
Alert and communicate with assembling companies and OEM headquarters about delays or unexpected events, and report resolutions to clients.
Check the status of sub-contracted components and ensure timely delivery.
Verify the approval status of documents and drawings to prevent delays.
Monitor and control inspection and testing schedules.
Oversee shipping documentation for deliveries.
Support communication, travel, and lodging arrangements for OEM headquarters as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Self-motivated and positive team player.
Willingness to learn technical content.
Proactive attitude to overcome challenges.
Understanding of engineering documents.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Japanese language skill is a plus.
Willingness to travel and stay as needed.
Experience in industrial machinery production is preferred.
Knowledge of packaging works, plant modules, plant constructions, compressors, turbines, pumps, and related components is preferred.
