JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- managing and handling customer requirement and inquiries
- supporting and cooperating with team members on its cash product matters.
- engaging in visiting customers in Europe based on client needs.
- maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experienced in customer support for e-banking system
- Business level of English and German
- negotiation and explanation skills
