A Japanese leading company in the seal industry is looking for an Associated Sales Engineer (m/f/d) in Munich area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The goal of the position is the economic and profit-oriented sale of industrial goods in the assigned area of responsibility.
- You will manage assigned customers and will lead sales & marketing activities for our product portfolio under consideration of sales targets.
- You will define our strategy towards customers through your understanding of customer application portfolio.
- Daily communication with customer by phone and e-mail.
- You identify customer needs proactively, drive the internal process to find suitable solution and manage the activities.
- You ensure customer satisfaction, find mutual understanding, and build a good relationship with customer.
- Price Negotiation
- Create Quotation
- Handling Claims
- Collaboration with marketing and customer support
- Processing of administrative tasks and support of the department head
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- You have finished a university degree in business engineering or similar
- You are business fluent in German and English and are able to present and negotiate successfully in both languages
- You have got high levels of intercultural competence, strategical thinking and a high level of self-motivation and team spirit
- You are willing to travel frequently, including international travel
