Job Responsibilities

As Country Manager, you will steer the office toward maximum profitability while aligning with the vision, mission, and long-term objectives of the group. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Budget Planning and Performance Achievement;

  • Business Expansion and Performance Improvement;

  • Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management;

  • Succession Planning, Organizational Development, and Talent Recruitment;

  • Profit & Loss Accountability and Stakeholder Management.

Job Requirements

We seek a candidate with 3-5 years of work experience in the Netherlands. As the first local hire, the candidate will be responsible for starting, setting up, and expanding the business in line with growth plans of the HQ. Hands-on experience in managing business operations from the ground up is essential. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in establishing and scaling operations, coupled with extensive industry knowledge to drive growth and achieve strategic goals efficiently.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the recruitment business or B2B sales in the Netherlands;

  • Experience in B2B sales should demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, essential for growing the customer base of the company;

  • Recruitment experience should show the ability to effectively manage the hiring process and attract qualified candidates;

  • The candidate's familiarity with the Dutch market is vital for navigating the local business environment, building connections, and complying with regional regulations.
