JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and set up all human resources policies and operations from scratch for German offices
Overall responsibility for human resources matters and being the first point of contact for managers and employees by supporting human resources related issues
Manage talent acquisition, personnel plan, employees’ attendance, payroll, employee development and training, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, labour law, and office administration tasks
Analyse workforce needs and develop a comprehensive human resources plan to meet current and future company’s directions
Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations, and assist in developing performance improvement plans
Stay up-to-date on relevant labor laws and regulations as well as provide advice to management, regional, and global teams on legal compliance issues related to human resources
Accountable for HR budget planning and preparation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in human resources generalist or management
Experience in small to medium size company will be a plus
Able to work independently with less supervision
Hands-on attitude
Well-versed in German labour law
Eligible to work in Germany
