COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese manufacturer of automotive (ex., gaskets and seals) in Düsseldorf is seeking a Logistics staff in Düsseldorf. Due to the urgency of this position, priority might be given to those who are currently out of work or who can start immediately.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving, processing, and controlling of customers’ orders
Communication with the parent company in Japan and group companies (e.g. Vietnam and Portugal)
Communication with customers to meet a customer demand
Administration and controlling of consignment stocks.
Adjustment of prices within the administration software
Processing of purchase and sales invoices
Communication with forwarders for the handling of customers' deliveries
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Business-level German and English are mandatory
Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills
Logistics experience in a manufacturer
