A Japanese forwarding company launched its European logistics activities in 1989, opening its first facility in Germany. They have grown continually since then, and currently have 11 locations in 6 different European countries. They combine local European operations with our international presence to offer you truly global logistics solutions.
They seek an operation staff who will join one of their biggest key client projects in NRW.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing documents: purchase/order, purchase/sales contracts, customs documents, issuing invoices
- Logistics-related tasks: arranging shipments, deliveries etc
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level of German, Business-level of English
- Work experience in an SCM-related field (procurement/purchase/logistics) in a manufacturer or trading company
- Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, ex) automation tool, Excel, etc
FURTHER
- Location: Nort-West part of the Greater Düsseldorf Area
- Working hours: 38.5 hours a week (flexible)
- Home office: available (At least one day a week on-site, after being familiar with tasks)
- Annual leave: 30 days
- Probation period: 6 months
