JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Part of our process development team, responsible for preparing products from our parent company for market launch.
- Independent management of various customer projects.
- Coordination and communication of technical changes with customers, international production plants, and internal departments.
- Overseeing modification work and creating change instructions and notifications.
- Root cause analysis and support in troubleshooting.
- Developing solutions and ideas for potential improvements and optimization measures for already launched products.
- Independently planning, conducting, and evaluating test series and experiments, as well as documenting and presenting results.
- Conducting market, competition, and trend analyses; assisting with marketing and sales activities.
- Close collaboration with application engineering, sales/marketing, and service teams.
- Building knowledge transfer through proactive communication and clear documentation.
- Participation in industry events and trade fairs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Completed degree in electrical engineering or an advanced degree in electrical engineering is advantageous.
- Ideally, initial professional experience in product management.
- Experience in welding technology (welding methods/procedures, welding equipment) is desirable.
- Strong communication skills (excellent customer interaction) and a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Independent and solution-oriented work style, with a team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to continuously develop expertise in robotics/welding technology.
- Willingness to travel.
- Good IT skills and proficiency in standard software (MS Office).
- German and English Business proficiency
