One of the world's largest independent manufacturers of electronic and electromechanical components is looking for a SCM Coordinator (m/f/d) as soon as possible near Munich. The position is initially limited to two years.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an SCM Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring efficient supply chain processes, optimizing material availability and coordinating logistical operations. Your tasks will include:
- Planning and coordination: Manage material planning and procurement with SAP R/3 and MS Excel to ensure time- and cost-efficient material availability.
- Order and supplier management: Placing orders and tracking deliveries from our production plants and maintaining supplier relationships.
- System and data management: Creation and maintenance of scheduling agreements in SAP R/3 as well as ensuring accurate material master data maintenance.
- Logistics and order processing: Monitoring of daily order processing, shipment compilation, invoicing and on-time delivery.
- Inventory and availability control: Monitor inventory levels and ensure delivery readiness for smooth operations.
- Cross-departmental cooperation: Working closely with production planners, project technicians, and sales & marketing to align supply chain processes with business requirements.
- Analysis and optimization: Conducting capacity and demand analyses to identify bottlenecks and implementing appropriate countermeasures.
- Crisis management: Communication and coordination of solutions to capacity bottlenecks and material shortages.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Your qualifications: You have completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification and have professional experience in the field of supply chain management. Your understanding of digital business processes enables you to confidently handle IT-supported planning and control systems.
- Your experience: You have in-depth knowledge of the production and delivery processes of the automotive or supplier industry and are well-versed in the use of SAP ERP (modules MM and SD), MS Excel and PowerPoint. Your analytical thinking skills and your ability to master interdisciplinary challenges will support you in optimizing supply chain processes.
- Your way of working: You work independently and in a structured manner, have a strong understanding of numbers and a high level of assertiveness. Your intercultural sensitivity as well as your ability to act effectively in teams and networks make you a valuable team member. In addition, you are characterized by strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills and fluent written and spoken German and English.
