JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct involvement in product procurement, logistical organization, goods distribution, and residual product disposal.

  • Control and ensure timely inbound and outbound deliveries.

  • Optimize supply chain processes to guarantee product availability.

  • Track deadlines in collaboration with suppliers, sister companies, and logistics firms.

  • Utilize data analysis tools to generate reports and monitor KPIs for informed decision-making.

  • Monitor capacity and devise solutions for critical issues.

  • Handle complaints efficiently.

  • Develop logistics strategies to enhance the value chain.

  • Evaluate transport routes for cost-effectiveness and environmental sustainability.

  • Prepare forecasts for material and logistics costs.

  • Assess the quality and reliability of suppliers.

  • Conduct life cycle analyses for products or services.

  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Successfully completed commercial training or studies (e.g., business administration).

  • Understanding of legal regulations.

  • Solid knowledge of business processes related to ERP systems.

  • Analytical skills for optimization tasks.

  • Intercultural competence.

  • At least three years of professional experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).

  • Excellent knowledge of MRP systems and MS Office.

  • High reliability and organizational talent.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • High self-motivation with a proactive and open attitude.
