JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides technical support and consultation to customers, assisting them with the design and integration of electronic components into their applications.
- Develops and delivers product presentations and training sessions for both customers and internal teams.
- Collaborates closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose suitable products.
- Acts as the technical liaison between customers and the R&D department to address and resolve complex technical issues.
- Assists in the creation of technical documentation, application notes, and white papers to support product marketing efforts.
- Participates in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits to promote electronic components.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field. (Hardware is a plus)
- Proficiency in technical documentation, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experience with electronic components, particularly resistors, inductors, and capacitors.
- Proficiency in English and German (C1 or above), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness of traveling (Max 30%)
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Prior experience working with Japanese companies or familiarity with Japanese business culture is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as field application engineering or technical support.
