JOB RESPONSIBILITIE
As a Master Data Agent, you will join the company's Compliance Department and be responsible for the following various duties.
First contact for international suppliers/partners, customers, authorities, auditors when it comes to master data availability of products/items.
Complete product/items registration and continuous maintenance in MRP system SAP
Completion of the product/item data with all relevant data required for work-flows, processes, authority reports such as BAFA, Tax authority, import like customs.
Permanent development and updating of the data master
Registration of master data in case of changes in EU/German laws or new requirements for the single European Markets or different request of the European Markets.
Documentation of workflows and procedures and ensuring that system updates can be properly tested, adapted and used , taking into account legal requirements. Develop and document optimal data flow in and out of the system, including processes and interfaces related to data creation and maintenance in our ERP system SAP
Integration of innovations such as laws/regulations in SAP that are directly related to the item/master data to fullfil the Laws and regulations.
Compliance with data requirements in individual EU countries
Key user and interface for system adjustments and up-datesInterface for our partners such Warehouse for item master
Interface to TEU-IT/AMO and TJP IT for change and for extensions according to the regulations, changes in law
Interface/exchange with purchasing, logistics, technical department, marketing, product management (technology)to ensure continuous improvement and the availability of the required data.
Connection to the EDI processes of our customers / partners like warehouse

JOB REQUIREMENTS
COMPETENCY (“Must”) *Must meet all of the following requirements
Successfully completed commercial or IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist or comparable qualification.
Know-how regarding business processes in connection with ERP processes
Three years of professional experience in a comparable position
Good language skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Very good knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and MS Office
High degree of reliability and organizational talent
Ability to work in a team and very good communications skills
Independent and reliable way of working
