JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform technical service tasks to customers; for example installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, routine maintenance (preventive and corrective), calibration, update, extension, replacement, etc.
Identify complex technical problems/errors and make analysis through remote or on-site activity to ensure the optimum efficiency of the system
Train clients on the proper use, care, and maintenance of products and systems to ensure safe and effective operation
Contribute the customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer orders and expectations. Nurturing solid connections with clients, promptly and professionally attending to their inquiries and requirements
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, equipment history, and inventory management
Create the documents relevant to the billing of service assignments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of Proven experience as a technical services or services engineer
Strong background in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions
Able to travel 70% of work within responsible territory (Southern Europe area: France, Italy, Spain, Greece, etc., Africa, and Middle East)
Eligible to work in the EU
Native French-speaking and business-level English communication skills
