Japanese global bank is looking for French speaking Associate or Vice President at Global Transaction team in Frankfurt, Germany.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing Letter of Guarantees; Advising, negotiation over customized guaranteed text, preparation verification, risk analysis, issuance and signing and/or amendment, extension, termination of Letter of Guarantee, surety, counter-guarantee
Handling of tasks for improvement of guaranteed operations / processes based on relevant professional understanding of process / operation flows.
To collaborate with internal parties to proactively propose marketing strategy in line with business strategy / focus, proactively share information on status and action plan on deal pipeline, and ensure delivery of services and solutions to customers in line with their expectation in terms of quality and time, to manage the end-to-end process from marketing/ sourcing to actual execution/ delivery of our services.
administration/middle function for Bank Guarantee transactions, including coordination, documentation and execution of issuance / amendment / termination of direct & indirect Bank Guarantees
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in related field
At least 3-year experience in the Bank Guarantee business field
Business level of English and French
Establishing strong trusty relationship with front office for building business
