A Japanese chemical trading company based in Düsseldorf, specializing in providing high-value-added products in the fields of plastics, biofine chemicals, and specialty chemicals. Due to business expansion, we are seeking a responsible and adaptable sales professional.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners across Europe through effective communication in English and Japanese.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base across the European market, creating new business ventures.
Coordinate and manage client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, production, and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations.
Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and follow up on customer inquiries.
Prepare quotations and handle order-related tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in German and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Ability to adapt to new challenges and work efficiently in an international setting.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to completing projects.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn about new fields and industries.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Valid driver's license.
