COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese manufacturer for automotive (ex. gaskets and seals) in Düsseldorf is seeking a Logistics staff in Düsseldorf.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving, processing, and controlling of customers’ orders
Communication with the parent company in Japan and group companies (e.g. Vietnam and Portugal)
Communication with customers to meet a customer demand
Administration and controlling of consignment stocks.
Adjustment of prices within the administration software
Processing of purchase and sales invoices
Communication with forwarders for the handling of customers deliveries
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Business-level Germany and English.
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills
- Logistics experience is preferred (but not required)
