A Global Japanese manufacturing company in the greater Dusseldorf area is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounting Manager to join the team. This company is a leading organization in the industry and has excellent business. You are expected to play a key role in their accounting department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounting processes. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals and play a crucial role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled accountants.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience as an accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software (preferably DKS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
