JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
all internal and external correspondence (information letters for employees, inquiries to/from authorities, service providers)
preparation and follow-up of works council meetings
Building management
Ordering office equipment and travel bookings
Processing incoming and outgoing mail/call
Supporting our accounting department with administrative tasks
Fleet management (maintenance, repair, availability of pool vehicles)
Management of personnel files
Processing job descriptions and job advertisements
Drawing up employment contracts and handover protocols
Managing Time and Attendance System software
JOB REQUIREMENTS
completed a commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in the field of human resources/administration
German native equivariant level and very good written and spoken English
MS Office skills (especially Excel)
