OVERVIEW
A Japanese forwarding company is looking for an Inside Sales Clerk (m/f/d). It is a 38,5 hours per week full-time position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination with other departments, warehouses, other branches and overseas
Customer service: responding to inquiries related to import/export and triangle business to existing and new customers and oversea bases by email, telephone and face to face conversation
Inside sales: contact with clients, oversea bases, agents, transportation companies etc., and prepare a quotation
Billing business: issuing invoices to customers and related business for triangle business
Data input in Cargo Wise System
Achievement extraction: System extraction of shipping-related achievements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
You have commercial training or relevant professional experience in customer service and inside sales
You have a strong service orientation and proactively respond to customer needs
You are characterized by strong communication skills in German and English as well as empathy and intercultural competence
Analytic and careful working style with a high affinity for IT
Flexibility and resilience, customer orientation and ability to work in a team
Very good communication and organizational skills as well as a proactive way of working
